Returns
- You may return most new, unopened merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- If you need to return merchandise, please contact us.
- We will provide instructions for the Return process.
- Chips and other perishable goods are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange merchandise for the same product (different size, color, etc.), please contact us.
