About Us

Meet Sara Wood

My name is Sara Wood, and I’m the founder and owner-operator of girlsgirlsgirls Burritos and Girls Chips. I opened my restaurant in 2016, working out of a tiny bar kitchen with a takeout window and late-night bike delivery service here in beautiful Lexington, Kentucky. What started as a fun idea turned into a full restaurant, bar, and live music stage — and the original menu (including these chips!) is still going strong.

Our Chips

Girls Chips are the very same chips we’ve served from day one. Hand-cut and made fresh from hearty, Kentucky-made white corn tortillas, they’re seasoned with our signature Girl Spice — an insatiable, house-made blend of high-quality, plant-based spices. Girls Chips are dippable, crunchy, and totally irresistible.

From Local Favorite to Nationwide

It’s been a delicious journey — from bike deliveries to a full-service restaurant, to a food truck, and now to retail shelves and e-commerce. Through it all, my goal has stayed the same: keep food fun, flavorful, and made with love and care. I’m excited to share with you and your family something that I started locally and see people connect with it in their homes, at parties, or with their favorite dip. At the end of the day, I love to make food that makes people say, “Wow, I needed that.”
